If, for any reason, You are not completely satisfied with a purchase We invite You to review our policy on refunds and returns. .

- Goods refer to the items offered for sale on the Service.
- Orders mean a request by You to purchase Goods / Services from Us.

- You means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.
Your Service Cancellation Rights
You have no option for cancellations after the work being started.
In order to exercise Your right of discussion, You must inform Us of your decision by means of a clear statement. You can inform us of your decision / discussion by:

We will reimburse Your amount if your work did not started within 2 – 4 days from the day of Order. We will use the same means of payment as You used for the Order, and You will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.
Conditions for Returns / Know the Process
In order for the Goods to be eligible for a return / Know the Process, please make sure that:
- Firstly customer will visit on our website to see our work, If customer like our works then he/she will continue with us for any project.
- After that customer will have to pay 50% advance of the total cost of drawings according to the selected package by the customer, and that given amount is non refundable or not adjustable. In any case if drawing work is not proceeded by our team then we will refund received amount by the client. If proceeded then given amount will not be refunded or not adjustable.
- After getting the first installment we will provide drawings as per our deal then second installment will be collected before starting the next step of working drawings.
Returning Goods / Services
You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the Goods to Us. You should send the Goods at the following address:

We cannot be held responsible for Goods / Services damaged or lost after construction work. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the Goods or proof after construction work.
